Shoot the castle repeatedly to open it up and score big points. Each subsequent castle is worth more.
Press L flipper & launch ball, it'll come down the L orbit. For a few seconds, all major shots are lit. Hit any shot + castle for hurry up.
Start multiball by hitting lock shot left of castle. Jackpots are both ramps but values are small—it's usually better to go for castles
You can use a Troll Bomb during video mode to kill all the birds on screen with the Fire button.
Destroy 2 castles and light extra ball
A good strategy is finish all the ramps / orbits until all that’s left is trolls, start Mode madness for the MB and finish trolls for retrig
During royal madness, keep going for the ball lock shot. Easier way to complete all modes & get extra ball.
Shoot castle gate from L flipper. Much safer than using R flipper
At the start of Royal madness, hit trolls first while ball save is active & then go from there.
A lucky bounce into the saucer, from the pop bumpers, will collect a lit extra ball, but nothing else that's lit there.
Lite Trolls and M-ball Madness at the same time. Shoot saucer to start both. Killing both Trolls will add a ball with a fresh ball save.
When in multi ball try to cross cross the ramps (ex you shoot right ramp, goes to right flipper shoot left ramp, goes to left flipper etc.)
Never go into Battle for the Kingdom without at least 2 troll bombs. You won't beat the King of Payne without them.
After you light Trolls, hit the Troll targets another 8 times for a Troll Bomb. Also, bouncing a shot off a Troll into the Castle Lock scores a Troll Bomb.
Super skillshot: Hold the left flipper, then launch the ball and hit any blinking arrow. After that, hit the castle to collect a hurry-up.
